"The team were lovely and helpful at the Riviera. My family and I were travelling u expectedly and needed a location. The rooms were cosy and the living area was larger than expected along with a massive balcony. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and we were in the centre of it all with food and restraints within walking distance. I really appreciate the team and their friendliness. "

"From the first booking process Margie was quick to respond & confirm booking. The apartment was immaculate & views were amazing as advertised. Close to everything & a 1 minute walk to Urangan pier & shops/cafes. The pub 30 second walk is a fantastic family environment with great food & all tourist attractions are right at your doorstep. "Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives.
