"The service at the hotel was beyond expectations . Everyone was friendly from the moment we entered the hotel and we got welcomed by Mr. Mahmoud Adly whom we have known through the hotel over ten years ago and since then we decided not to try staying anywhere else in Cairo other than the Dusit because of the pleasant way he treats us during our stay . I really can’t believe that he didn’t forgot us even though we visit every few years . I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism and getting everything ready for us before our arrival . We didn’t take a moment at the reception as everything was already done which amazed us . Rooms were very clean , had every in them , very quiet at night , and people were very pleasant and friendly . I would also like to extend my thanks to all the team who work at the pool, the restaurant, and the business lounge for their manners and professional way in treating their guests no matter how we get upset they were still able to absorb that and responded in a very kind and professional way. Thanks to everyone for everything . "
