"Love this hotel, they think of everything from body lotion and shampoo in the bedrooms that smells amazing, a beautiful pool, two fantastic bars and restaurants, beautiful decor, turn down the bed at night, fresh coffee, biscuits, tea & water in the rooms. Can’t wait to go back in a few days after our gorilla expedition. The staff are exceptional too."

"Very friendly staff here. Room had television that wasn’t working first night. They changed the box but as it runs on the broadband as that was dreadfully slow the television still wasn’t any good. No air conditioning in this hotel so make sure the curtains are closed to keep the temperature down during the day and it will then only be very warm instead of too hot at night. Service in the restaurant not very quick, but portion sizes generous and the cost of meals is very reasonable. They do...
