I come regularly to your hotel and since I have to travel overnight and arrive early few hours before the checking , I have never once been offered breakfast nor a hot drink when you know your customer has had a tiring journey . "An amazing historic hotel in downtown Nairobi. You can even get a historical tour of the hotel. First class establishment and staff - all the way. They say the Thai restaurant is the best dining experience in the city - it did not disappoint. Upgrading to a room where you get access to the lounge is very worth it, in my opinion. "
