"The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "Hotel is within walking distance to the lake & restaurants. It has a nice view of the mountain on the back as well. In the morning, you could enjoy coffee on the balcony. No breakfast in the motel but the burger restaurant downstairs offers good breakfast. Parking is super easy to find. My only concern is some of the bathroom tiles were broken and not fixed. We accidentally kicked it on the way in & out and also making it hard to close the door of because they would pop out."

"When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303.
