"We stayed at the Yellow House for only one night on a busy trip across Ireland but we all wished we'd listened to Jimmy and spent a couple of days there. The house is beautiful and clean and everything it is described to be in all of the favorable reviews. "

"Everything was fantastic! It's aways nice when the place looks exactly like the photos. What we didn't expect was the the caretaker was so wonderfully responsible and helpful. We even got to sample his wife's rhubarb pie! I highly recommend Brownstone Lodge."

"Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. "Lisdonagh House is a beautiful property, rich in character. The estate sits in a gorgeous setting overlooking a lake and horse filled pastures. It was a nice option for family getaway. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful in making our stay so nice. Highly recommend using a private chef for a special meal or two. Lots of memories made here!"

"First, the lake view is nowhere to be seen from the cottage. Further, the wi-fi never worked, and the UK to US electricity converter was fried. Aside from that, the cottage was clean and comfortable, in a bird-filled, idyllic environment."

"Ryan’s hotel was great at check in, no problems. The rooms are basic and look like they have recently been decorated but decoration is a bit mismatched. I would say a bit more money spent on finishing touches would go a long way. Very comfy bed and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was fine, nothing special as its buffet. Hotel would probably score higher if they could serve individually but staff levels appeared low with the same helpful gent booking in, cooking and serving breakfast. I would stay again. "
