"Check-in was hard to find (it is in the Casino). There was no hot water and it was not very clean. They have not refunded our 200 Euro deposit, and they will not respond to emails. All of this aside, the location is very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere."

"We were pleased with the location of this property on the docks: close to the Spanish Arch and Galway City Museum which has the tourist information center. It was a short walk to the Latin Quarter, Eyre Square, and many pubs and restaurants. The apartment held our family of seven comfortably having four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The owners Seán & Suzi were warm and welcoming. Great place to come back to after a hard days work but I would love to bring the family back for a wee holiday sometime. First class. "
