We stayed here during the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping season and festivities, so the area had great energy. "The penthouse was a great size and had great views all around. Check-in was easy - since the apartment was ready early we were able to ask our cab driver to take us from check in to the actual apartment location. It was nice and quiet. A bit of a walk to get downtown but we did it multiple times with older kids and were fine. Closing blinds took a bit to figure out but they all worked by a button on the blinds plugin if the wall button didn’t work. We would definitely stay here again "

"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "
