We rented the house in order to spend time with our son who lives in Kingman. Traveling with an infant, we really appreciated use of the washer and dryer. Kitchen was a good size forfamily meals.

We enjoyed our brief stay, wish our trip would have allowed an extra night in Kingman! The home is great: 3 spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/family room. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teen boys.

The house was great. Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Each room has its own TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment. The house is new and there is nothing that could be improved. Maybe only the backyard would need chairs and a table.

We stayed at Mohave Home on our last night of a two week trip exploring the Southwest. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we had a great night sleep, which we needed, before going back to CA. I had several communications with the host. He always answered promptly, told me what I needed to know, and was very courteous. We recommend staying here if you are in Kingman, AZ.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a perfect location between Vegas and Grand Canyon. We were originally going to stay in Williams, AZ to be closer to the South Rim, but we changed our minds and chose Kingman to be closer to Vegas at the end of our trip. This was the perfect move, and we found this 3-bedroom house to be much more affordable than the one we saw in Williams. So super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Good washer and dryer. Great master bedroom! We wised the 3rd bedroom had a queen bed instead of a twin, but it still worked for us! And Juan is an amazing host with great communication. He responds quickly to anything you need.
