"This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. "Lovely, spacious, well-equipped cottage and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Newchurch is a few miles from the nearest pub, but lots of walks and places of interest are not far. We had a lovely stay, and the lemon drizzle cake made by the owner was the best we’d ever tasted! "

"Such a beautiful old quirky coach house with gorgeous views over the garden. Warm and cosy with electric storage heaters. We booked it originally for 4 adults and a baby, but in the end itwas just 3 adults and that felt comfortable.lovely helpful host."
