"great prices if you go when the water park next door is closed. a little old and dated, but very clean and comfortable with friendly, multilingual staff. room service was a little pricier than usual for romania (around $20 CAD for a chicken club sandwich and fries) but not unreasonable by western european/north american standards. and the food was good! the airport shuttle runs once an hour. it takes about 5 minutes going from the airport to the hotel, but going from the hotel to the airport...

"The property was nice and centrally located. Old Town was moments away as well as parks. The room was clean and they set up the expectation that you get room service every 3 days.
