"The Policy from Expedia and front desk didn’t match. Front desk didn’t explain to me check out time and breakfast that was free. Only certain items were free for breakfast so they charge me. I went based off what I saw on Expedia when I booked check out time was at noon (12) and free breakfast. Front desk lady was very annoyed. "A clean, spacious room with a balcony and good view. Helpful staff. Good restaurant. Good location. The website listed air con. There is no air con, but with a fan i was quite comfortable. "

"The setting of the hotel is superb – nice beach (the water has great mineral quality to it), different walks at the door step (Congo-Nile trail or lakeside paths, coffee washing station nearby is great to visit). The food is excellent (from the local vegetable and fruit garden) and rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The downsides are 11 km of dirt track in poor condition (allow extra 10-15 min relative to google maps estimate) and rooms can be too warm at night (24C at night, no aircon) "

Getting there at night can be tricky as google maps is wrong while there are few signposts showing the way. The setting is fantastic and what a tranquil and relaxing place!
