The four hundred year old part of the property has been retained with suitable furnishings, our room was very clean, tidy & comfortable. The hosts are very friendly & helpful, the homemade food is of the highest quality, with very generous portions. We can now understand why the Castle Inn is so popular.

Stayed at this B&B for a couple of nights as we were attending a wedding. Nice property with attached bar/restaurant which is a useful as really not much else in Knucklas. Food and breakfast were decent, and owner/staff helpful and friendly.

Every part of our stay was superb.Easy to find and park.Room was modern with usb ports and modern bathroom.View to hills was great.Dining there was exceptional and highly recommended. A short drive to Ludlow -stay here rather than in the town!

A lovely place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. We had an evening meal in the pub which was excellent. Good breakfast too. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

This is a Gem of a place to stay in Wales. Exceptionally good value for money and the freshly cooked food is delicious. Rooms were spotless and staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. The locals were very welcoming too. We stayed three nights and the only regret we had was that we weren’t staying longer! We will definitely be going back

Lovely little hotel, surroundings where beautiful, lovely food, and pleasant staff, only criticism was the bed was little to firm for my liking so I didn’t sleep much, however it was a lovely room for the evening.

Overnight stay whilst walking Heart of Wales walk. Great staff - friendly, professional and helpful. Room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and all home cooked. Overall an excellent stay

We had a lovely stay at the Castle Inn, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a shame the bar and restaurant was closed that evening (we didn't notice the winter hours!) but the breakfast was great and it looks like a good pub to visit so we will be back.

Quiet, neat and comfortable accommodation with relaxed booking in process. Friendly, helpful staff with great meals. The mattress on the double bed needs to be replaced with a slightly firmer one and shower head holder was broken, which requires replacing. Anyone requiring accommodation in that area, I would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable enough.

A satisfactory inn for one night. Room was clean and comfortable enough. You had to climb steps to get there and the steps were outside. I’m afraid there wasn’t the warmth that we felt from other places especially from the owner. The breakfast was average at best. Old fruit. Dinner was good.
