It's been a long time since I've received a nicer welcome than I did from front desk person named Kay. She is warm, very efficient, and extremely helpful. She invited us to bottled water and cookies. P.S. the rest of the hotel including room and breakfast were great!

Loved the complimentary breakfast and water. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cayden was desk receptionist when we arrived and was extremely helpful. The maintenance gentleman was over the top kind and helpful. The ice machine was broken on the first floor and he offered to go get me ice from upstairs. Then he immediately fixed the first floor machine. The entire staff has been wonderful. I will definitely pass the word about Tru by Hilton. Wonderful experience.

It is a nicely kept hotel that is clean and has exceptionally friendly staff!!! Check and checkout times are awesome!!! This hotel is safe, but it seems to be on the line of an area that seems sketchy. I loved my stay and would choose this place again!
