"Very nice property with view and all amenities. Diana is fantastic with communication and helpful advice for the entire area. Also enjoyed the little touches on arrival. Something as simple as having coffee filters, coffee and milk already there when you arrive late is very thoughtful. The area itself is simply great. We went into Waikiki a couple times for different things but would never choose to stay there over Ko Olina. Would highly recommend."

"Grandparents sharing their love for Oahu with family. Ko'Olina is recognized on the island as a top-tier resort. Our villa at the Ocean Tower was large, luxurious and as represented on the website. "We attempted to do an early check in. Checked in but our room wasn’t going to be ready until 4 pm. We were able to use the facilities though. But it had to call front desk because no one contacted me to advise me that my room was ready, as they said they would. Then I get to my room and all four rooms f my keys did not work.
