"Overall, my experience was wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't reserve a table at the famous Cafe Imperial, as it was fully booked. Additionally, the street traffic during breakfast made the atmosphere feel less cozy and appealing for hotel guests. That said, the staff handled everything exceptionally well and provided excellent service throughout my stay."

"It is perfectly placed in the New Town and very nice. Facilities are basic but beds are very comfy. We had a classic room with balcony on the 5th floor. Very nice and quiet but to get to the balcony you have to move all the curtains to on side, open door inwards , stup on to a highish window seal and step over the door frame toget to the balcony. We asked advice on a couple of tours at the front desk and they not only provided information but bked tickets for us and had these ready to pick up later the same day.
