"Der Aufenthalt von 2 übernachtungen war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Betten waren sehr weich. Das bad war groß und schön ausgestattet. Lediglich ein duschregal war nicht angebracht. Hat auf dem boden gelegen. Ich glaube es gab keine klimaanlage. Vor hitze gab es wenig abhilfe. Es war nicht einfach sich zurecht zu machen in einen so warmen Zimmer. Das war das einzige das mich gestört hat. "

"Loved the unit, super quiet, nice location to train station and walk into town. Kitchenette is perfect for longer stay. Housekeeping available for fresh towels. Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. "We had found a wonderful place. The owner was extremely helpful and showed us around and explained everything. The apartment was as advertised, modern, clean lines and everything worked really well. A beautiful view out of the windows and lovely dogs to greet us. The drive to the apartment is a bit unusual with a steep hill but it was an excellent location. "This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host. "Horror...habe noch nie eine so runtergekommene Unterkunft gebucht...Möbel sind alle Sperrmüll, die Wohnung war dreckig ohne Ende (geputzt wurde dort wohl zuletzt nach der Wiedervereinigung), Schimmel in der Mikrowelle, im Geschirrspüler, im Schlafzimmer ging nicht eine Steckdose, Fernseher ohne Fernbedienungen also nicht benutzbar, ein Bett komplett ohne Latten im Rahmen, Dreckwäsche im anderen Zimmer... Wir haben über eine Stunde geputzt um halbwegs hausen zu können, dazu massig Geld ausgeben...

"Objekt war als Ferienhaus ausgeschrieben. Zuerst war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett. Es gab Infos wo der Schlüssel liegt und über die Parkmöglichkeiten. Als wir am Abend ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Ferienhaus eher eine Monteurwohnung ist und die Bilder aus einer längst vergangenen, schöneren Zeit stammen... So weit so gut. Bei Betreten des Badezimmers kam uns ein übler Geruch nach Schimmel entgegen. Es gab Spinnenweben wie normal in Garagen oder Gartenhäusern zu...

Die Fotos spiegeln zum Teil nicht mehr die Realität wieder, so ist z.B. die abgebildete Küchenzeile nur noch zur Hälfte vorhanden und auch die Sofaecke wurde zur Hälfte abgebaut und durch ein anderes, nicht dazu gehöriges Sofa ergänzt.
