The only concern is the air conditioning - it barely worked when we stayed and it was needed because the room can heat up fast. If you decide to open the window and your room is facing the main road just be prepared for the noise. But overall a good place to experience Aachen. "

"This is in a terrific location. Very close to the Cathedral and many restaurants. We walked to the train station. The rooms are cozy but clean and comfortable. Our room had a view of some shops so we kept the blinds closed, but it was really nice having an apartment to stay in with a mini kitchen and laundry area. And the location was perfect to see everything in the city and having quick access to buses if we needed to go anywhere further."

"I was here for a couple of nights as it is well priced for a central hotel in Aachen in December. Its an Ibis Budget, so no frills, but shower was good, bed was comfortable. Yes, they are a little rough around the edges, but for the price, its good value. My only resrvation is that the local area is not brilliant - its near the bus station so quite busy, lots of kebab shops etc., but 10 minutes walk and you are in the CBD."
