The room was dirty sheets where dirty things where left in the room for previous person will never book here ever when I told front desk about how the room was dirty he was very hostile the tub was not clean I had to sweep the floor it was so much hair in the bed I went and got my own covers and sheets there where also no towels in room or available!

Would not recommend!

This was one of the worst places I have stayed. The beds had hair in the sheets and had been very uncomfortable.We also found cockroaches. My family will not be staying here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The photos are not real. The places disgusting and unsafe. They have long-term people that live there that are absolutely rude and disgusting. People hanging out all hours of the night It's just not safe. Called the front desk about a fight outside of our door and was told that it was already taken care of while the fight was still going on. Spin the extra 7 to $10 and stay at the Baymont up the road. Our room was disgusting the floor was so dirty that it sounded like sandpaper. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever laid on. And we had reserved this room for over 5 days. Did a late check out spent the extra $40 and was knocking on the door at 11:00 telling us it was checkout time. Property shows that there's a pool but there is no longer a pool it is filled in with dirt and debris.

The floor in room was so dirty. Older couple came to breakfast late with 4 still eating. Husband moving slow, wife going through chemo. Staff started grabbing the food and putting away. Without letting them get anything to eat. Because he was to slow picking out what she could eat to settle her stomach. He also raised his voice saying we had to leave. I am 67 and wanted to beat His ass . I am sure his mother wouldn't be proud of him. It broke my heart. You don't treat your elderly and sick like that. A week later and it still bothers me.

Need to work on cleanliness. Couch was disgusting and should have been thrown out. Counter tops and mirrors were not clean along with leftover burnt food on foil covering burner spill covers.

The stay was nice but the unit was very unkept up. There was damaged walls and bathroom door didn't close all the way. We found roaches and killed at least 5 as we walked into the room.

We had our children along didn’t feel safe sleeping there also we didn’t trust the safety and cleanliness of the room, ended up paying for another room at a better place.
