The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. "We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

Old World Charm with modern style!

"This 4-star hotel is centrally located near the Salzach River and Maria-Theresen Strasse - the main pedestrian walking street. It’s an historic corner building with guest rooms that have been renovated for modern comfort. The shower was one of the best! The downstairs restaurant and bar does a brisk business, which is due to the excellent regional cuisine and creative cocktails. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner and bottle of wine followed by a local dessert of vanilla Ice cream with pumpkin seed crush and oil. A bit odd sounding, but totally delicious! "
