"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. "Übernachtung sehr günstig! Der Service vor Ort und auch das Haus waren spitze! Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Backofen, steht zwar auch in der Beschreibung, ist aber trotzdem ungewöhnlich. Einzig negativ war nur, dass die Gaststätte im Dorf (dauerhaft) geschlossen ist und man daher einige Kilometer fahren muss um in die nächste zu gehen."

"Nicest hotel in the area! Excellent facilities! The hotel restaurants and bar are also the best in the area. Amazing cuisine!! I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area so have a good basis of comparison. This hotel wildly surpassed my expectations both for its quality and price point. Excellent value! A luxurious and serene experience. Excellent for both couples and families alike. We WILL return!"

Awesome pools

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. Thank you. I hope it was helpful. Ps. You have my name and address. don't hesitate to give and send me refund. Ha ha. Janusz Dziuba."
