The location is really good close to everything walking distance right outside of the old town. Good breakfast quality. Shower too small. Room decoration in pink and black carpet very ugly. Good Air Conditioning. very close to transportation.

Our room was on floor 2. The elevator stppped on 1 or 3 and you have to use the stairs to go to 2. The room was tiny and cramped. The bathroom worse. The showers you could not move in and barely fit a person. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing great.

The location was great for walking to old town and to the castle and the Jewish quarter. It is a budget hotel . The breakfast was adequate, not special , nothing was special about the hotel. Except the location, which was great.

Really good location! Nice and central! Just used as a base but bring an extra pillow if staying as only provided with one pillow. Facilities in the room were great! Shampoo, body wash and hairdryer were in there! Staff were helpful

Hotel was good, clean, etc. and had a great breakfast. The location is between the Castle and Old Town and is adjacent to the park between the two. The older building creates some inconvenience with 1) no good place to unload, 2) a number of steps to get to the front door, and 3) a small elevator

Lovely staff and service, wonderful breakfast, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you to the front desk staff for some great helpful tips on plays to see and how to get around the city. The cleaning attendants were very nice and we got a chance to chat with a couple of them, also got some excellent tips on good places to visit. I will stay here again.

Everything is really old. Elevator doesn't stop on the floor of where my room is. Stains on the carpet. Very small beds and shower.

Great location... just 5 minutes to old town. Tram station just across street. You can book a tour that can pick you up from hotel. Super convenient location and super friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you can't go wrong with polish buffet. Fresh and tasty food, many beverages to choose from. Room was a little outdated, but i did not mind for the price at it was adequate to what to expect. I highly recommend Best Western Plus.

Unique building! Elevator stops @ 3rd floor for rooms on 2nd floor you need to walk down at least 15 steps, or walk up 10 steps for 3rd floor. Our 1st room #112, handicap when using a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. My granddaughter was told by Iwona at front desk take short shower. I took photos to show that bathroom after I took a shower. After 2 days of that, we finally hit an ideal room #102, 1st floor elevator, shower stall to our liking. However, we got to enjoy it for 1 1/2 days, because we had to leave @3:30 am to catch a plane.

Sadness at leaving!! My second visit in 6 months!!
It was lovely to be recognised and welcomed by reception staff on arrival!! The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful and our room 221 contained all we needed inc safe, tea/coffee, big TV and soft cosy bed! Rooms were fresh, clean, and perfectly laid out. Breakfast contained wide range of food for all nationalities with staff quickly topping up when plates trays and bowls of food disappeared by hungry tourists!! Stepping out side trams were at our disposal but we walked where ever we could. The hotel location is so convenient; use the pedestrian crossing and you are in a few minutes in an area of history and beauty and excitement with hundreds and more dining in and out in the huge square and adjoining streets!! WE felt safe walking through the crowds at night and police were in a number of places Music in church of st Peter and StPaul attracted us on 2 evenings the few kms of walkway with trees and shrubs on either side was so romantic!¬ you coud not get lost as at ran paralell to the road and tramway It was a nice way to walk to the biggest shopping centre I have ever been in! If any one is looking for a nice break go to Poland to the BEST WESTERN ,PLUS KRAKOW OLD TOWN!!! and you wont be disappointed. excuse haste!
