But the staff and attentiveness of the staff the the best category to rave about, from concierge with Subra, to the breakfast buffet staff Ryadh, and all the rest of the team.. to the room service, nothing was more than 5 min to brong to room. Its by far better than competitive name brands that i am an elite member of. Would stay there again any time i visit KL. "
