Scam accomodation, beware!
The room was not as promised and in terrible condition. Smells bad, bad furniture and bad facilities condition. This room is a scam. I checkout after few minutes checking in. I tried to negotiate for change of room or hotel but to no avail. The staff even tried to convince me that everything is fine. They wont give a refund if i leave but i dont care. The place is too bad.

Kecewa dengan hotels.com..karena pada saat kami sampai menurut orang yg menemui kami tidak ada data kami, karena mereka tidak pernah memasang iklan dihotels.com, namun akhirnya kami diberi kamar juga yang 1 kamar tidur padahal kami pesannya yang 2 kamar tidur, lalu kami harus masih kena service charge rm 70..mohon pertanggung jawaban dari hotels. com tq
