"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Genovese. Parking was simple and straight forward. The view from our room and balcony was simply unreal. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed dinner from the hotel restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. "Really lovely stay Had a room over the harbour so saw the Bastille day fireworks from the balcony. Some extra special staff - we travel a lot and they were 110%. Special thank you to Marc especially who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable stay.Nothing was too much trouble He also recommended some fabulous places to eat - all excellent value. Bathroom missing toilet roll holder on wall. furniture and luggage storage showing signs of wear - many areas scratched or damaged. WIFI internet connection is weak. "This was not what we originally booked, we booked a hotel with a pool & restaurant, 3 weeks before I was informed the hotel had changed is name & the link provided to their website still stated a pool & restaurant. Upon arrival we found no pool & restaurant & was still charged the same price with these facilities short! Shame we were misled in this way as the property was nice & the gardens & hot tub were nice! "Excellent frieny communication from receptionists before and throughout stay. We stayed in the ecolodges which were brand new and finished to a very high standard. Nice quiet area and relaxing green spaces/gardens between lodges. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain during our stay and the shower drain began to smell quite strongly - property management made aware of this and were to sort this on our departure. "Paper thin walls and night club next door ! Room was basic for the price we paid. Phone not working. Very small bathroom with a nearly see through door ! The lift only goes down to the first floor - not to the ground floor. Breakfast overpriced. Only positive was the view. "

"Thé orner was vert ni ce. Just thaï in thé morning he forgot one of our requests we called him but he didi not answer his phone we left message .. no answer :( apart from that the view was amazing.
