"My flight was cancelled and I stayed at the other Marriott property the previous night so I decided to give this property a try since it was only $10 more. Worth every penny. Not only did this hotel feel ‘newer’ and had a pool, with a legitimate workout facility, the front desk staff, specifically ‘Victor’ was amazing. If I owned hotels, I would have Victor train my front desk staff what it’s like to be exceptional. "

"The Singular truly is the best hotel in Santiago! The food was incredible, the cute Lastarria area is great to roam around and try different restaurants and bars, and the staff went above and beyond. The concierge, Martin, arranged shipping a package home and luggage delivery for us. He really made it feel like a luxury experience! We stayed for part of our honeymoon while in Santiago exploring wine regions and Valparaiso. "

"It’s a very nice hotel but a shady neighbourhood It would be risky to go out in the dark All the business have metal garage door to protect doors and window I did 7 cities in Chile and Santiago is the only place I felt unsafe at night But the hotel is very nice and great staff and good restaurant and great service "
