"Standard well run American chain hotel. The view from the restaurant and deck area is very beautiful. The resturant is fine and reasonably oriced. The breakfast is the best we have had on our trip so far.My only complaint relates to glassware in the room. The housekeeping did not take the used glasses and replace them with clean glasses until I called reception to ask. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham garden Santiago Kennedy- the rooms are comfortable, the property is good and the staff pleasant. The area around the hotel is mostly residential and quiet. There is a wonderful Mall close by with shopping and many dining options. The hop on hop off bus also starts from there and is convenient for sightseeing. "

The only two things that could be better is the air conditioner in the room we stayed in was very weak and we spent much of the night not being able to sleep because of the heat, and the pool was not well maintained and had cloudy water with leaves and bugs in it. "Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water."

"This was a great hotel to stay at located on a quiet street with beautiful views of el cerro San Cristobal and the virgin at its peak, plus a nice view of the Sky Costanera (that is just a short walk away). The staff was courteous, professional and so very helpful. Felipe tried to help me with my SIM when I was having issues and was absolutely brilliant, well-intentioned and attentive. The team seems very happy to be working there and are always laughing, humming or singing along to the music. The food was really good, as well. A good breakfast - although, I would have liked more Chilean bread (una hallullita les mataria?!). And drinks on the rooftop bar on the roof were absolutely beautiful to watch the sunset. The metro station is a block away and super convenient to get to the main tourist attractions, and Bellavista is a little far but still within walking distance from the hotel. Very, very conveniently located. It was also very clean. My room was impeccable. The sheets were crisp, clean and of high quality. Great hotel. Great value for money. Quality stay. Comfortable and convenient. "
