"In the Las Condes business district so a little far from old town Santiago. But a lively area with shops, restaurants and nice residential neighborhoods. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, and there was a good breakfast served every morning. First time in my experience that I could shower and freshen up in the gym facilities before I could even check in to my room! Nice touch."

"Incredible location, but it does advertise a king size bed, and it wasn’t the case, parking it’s a little expensive, but I was able to find overnight parking for free close by, it will be nice to have more towels available, space was super clean. The roof was amazing. It was super easy to get in and out, the subway was super close by, and there’s a supermarket store a block away, would I stay in this place again absolutely"

"Booked last minute as we didn’t like our initial hotel. Hyatt was absolutely amazing. Forgot the male staff member’s name at check in but we asked for an upgrade to a nice view room and this was granted plus welcome drinks on the house. Rooms are a good size, hotel is in top notch condition and very clean. Breakfast was good quality and fresh daily. Will stay again when visiting Santiago in the future. Staff was professional and friendly throughout our stay. "

"Hotel is in wonderful condition! Rooms sound proof ! Beds sleep well ! Love the gym and swimming area ! Breakfast is delicious and has a good atmosphere for options! Food at the restaurant were well received! Folks that work at the restaurant and check in counter are kind and helpful! Hotel is well equipped and has a lovely garden out back to sit and relax ! Hotel is not far from both city and airport! Well worth the price and location! I will continue to stay here when am in Santiago Chile ! Love it !"

"Perfect place to stay in Santiago. Really beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. We arrived early in the morning and they were really kind to let us check in straight away which was amazing after a long overnight flight. I would highly recommend staying here."
