"We were so excited to get upgraded to a business suite during our one night stay before a flight. We ate at the restaurant twice for dinner and breakfast and both times were enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. Service was good. English was spoken by some. Potable water was available in several locations although none on the floors with the rooms which would’ve been nice."

"Loved my stay here, breakfast was excellent, also had lunch and dinner here because the kitchen makes some tasty and nutritious food. Just a note that this is a nature reserve in a hacienda, so the rooms smell woody and you can hear birds chirping in the morning, the perfect alarm clock. We had early dinner in on site restaurant Sea Bass with rice and salad excellent option. Had front desk arrange for taxi back to airport and went to room for quite nap. When taxi arrived it was raining so they had it pull into parking garage and. loaded our luggage so we could remain dry. Only regret is we didn't stay longer"
