"Excellent stay, from the reception staff to the servers and housekeepers all show pride in their work, room was excellent and grounds were good. Only negative was that guests would reserve loungers with their towels and despite signs to the contrary nothing was done about it, even is guests didn’t show up for 4-6 hours"

"We had an excellent stay at the Mio. The hotel is quite new and in great shape. There are lots of awesome food options nearby and beach access is a short walk. The breakfast on site was great and well worth the additional cost. Service from all the staff was great but I’d make special mention of Victor the Bellman - he was super helpful in providing local recommendations, was very friendly, and took every opportunity to make our days extra awesome!
