The only thing we didn’t realize before arriving is that pool towels require a €20 deposit per towel. "So looks nice when enter and location is great. Once in room noticed needs touch up with paint and something to stop doors squeaking. Beds moved which was annoying. Food - breakfast is pretty much best, lunch and dinner had lots of recycled food and fatty pork and steak. Chips were half cooked at times. I survived on ham & cheese on toasted bread and pizza."

"Pros: lovely holiday complex with well kept gardens and pool area, which didn't feel crowded. Very spacious living area in apartment. Balcony had a nice sea view and walls kept it private, but also no sea view once you sat down due to the walls! Cons: slightly unclean surfaces on arrival (crumbs, hairs). Kitchen doesn't get cleaned by housekeeping, there were some tiny ants on the surfaces during my stay (not unexpected in hot climates, but wouldn't expect in a holiday home)"

"The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcomed and appreciated and even had a present for my birthday. Which was a very unexpected and pleasant surprise. Hotel is fairly quiet. Even though my balcony was facing the pool, I still managed to get enough sleep since pool’s opening hours are from 10 to 6. I would happily stay here again. "

"The staff were friendly and welcoming and facilities very good in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Very good nightly live entertainment added good vibes, bringing the guests together. As vegans despite advance notice and again on arrival we had to ask at every breakfast for soya yoghurts as these are not put out as choice for all residents who may prefer non dairy and again ask at every evening meal what was suitable to eat that did not contain animal products as they only had a vegetarian buffet stand however the choice was good and chefs Carlos and Juan Pablo were exceptionally helpful and after showing us round the buffet also cooked special meals for us to suit our requirements which tasted delicious. A very special thank you to these guys for being so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The spa and massage experience was amazing and a must if staying here, thank you Lisa for your beautiful welcoming smiles this just made the stay even better. Overall a lovely stay but communication needed to meet your specific needs such as double bed, sunny balcony and food specifics. "

"Such a well run hotel . The staff are just superb . From the pool bar to the spa staff and from the house keepers to the entertainers. Everyone made you welcome and addressed your every needs . I loved the food options, there was a different theme each night. Will be returning ! "
