It is attached to a convenience store for beer, snacks and alcohol. Pool was clean. Also has a whole bar area that you can leverage by the pool. "The property and house itself was amazing! Very well kept and maintained and had a beautiful outdoor relaxing and swimming area that is all yours! I highly recommend stopping beforehand (main areas/cities) to get food if you are not wanting to drive all of the time as the restaurant options within walking distanceare limited. "The apartment is in a good location, close to downtown, and is secure. Has AC in the 2 bedrooms. The price was great, beds comfortable, and great showers. It does not have a living area or iron, but does have a kitchen and dining area. Tvs in both rooms but no netfix. It was a bit loud in the early mornings, as I could hear a baby crying both days. "Property was clean and beautiful. We loved the outside space. Our hosts, Carole and Ademar were very responsive and friendly! Ademar gave us a wonderful tour of the property and cooked us a superb dinner one night! We saw lots of howler Monkeys and birds, even a Toucan….the resident sloth and her baby played shy. I would highly recommend this property if you want to stay in this area. We stayed 3 nights and I wish we stayed at least 4! There is so much to do in the area!"

"The property was as pictured and expected. Everything was very clean upon checkin. Nela also did a good job communicating and supporting a fantastic stay. "Great rustic house in La Fortuna. Pool was great! And the air conditioning cooled down the place quick. House is located in a neighborhood away from downtown but it was easy enough to take an Uber. Communication with the manager was easy and they got supplies over to me quickly. Mary’s bbq down the street was an easy walk, and there are some little stores. This house was perfect for our group of 14 over the Easter holiday. Thank you again!!"

"Place was super clean and location was amazing. Short walk to town and to activities. Only issue was that the 2 bedrooms inside plus the bathroom had walls that do not go all the way to the ceiling. So you get privacy but no privacy from noise. Everyone can hear you in the bathroom and the 2 front bedrooms you can hear everything. If anyone gets up early or stays up late, this impacts everyone. I would not stay again due to this unless it was just with 2 people in the back master bedroom."
