"This suited us (a family of 3) on the whole. I think it's fair to mention for those sensitive to such things, as others have, that you can hear occupants' movements above. However, it's easy to forgive this given obvious age and charm of the building and its lovely location. There is a cycle path nearby that takes you into the local town. There’s a choice of local supermarkets, a McDonald’s, a park with mini golf etc. Dieppe is a nice seaside town about 45 minutes drive away, there’s a good theme park about 30 minutes away, the labyrinth maze about 10 mins away and wildlife parks etc too....

"The grounds are amazing - so much space, lots of chairs, great outside dining area and a fantastic pool! The kitchen is small but fully equipped. Beds are comfy (except plastic mattress protectors). For us the room layout was an issue. The two twin beds are actally family rooms with double beds in, not separate as it looks like in the listing photos, which are very misleading. This was frustrating for us as we had to have three children in our room - we had booked here to avoid that happening....

"Our family of three and border collie stayed here for a week and had a really successful and pleasant time. The gite was clean and had an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy, and the garden was secure for our dog and big enough to play endless catch with the ball! The property was not overlooked and we spent a very peaceful week here and had beautiful weather. "
