We overall liked our experience at El Cid. It was great having 3 resorts to walk to and eat at. It didn't seem crowded at all. Staff was great. Downside was our room at the marina smelled very musty. They changed our room and was a little better but still musty. Our friends had an air conditioner that wasn't working so they ended up at one of the other resorts that was newer and didn't have the musty smell. We enjoyed all the restaurants except the seafood one. Was very disappointed in the food there.

We love this resort! The staff is always amazing! The people and the party are why you come. Odaly and Andrea were awesome at checking in and out. Pretty Boy is my favorite and the waiters Reyes and Fracisco from the buffet are amazing!

"We loved this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The butlers Maggie and Elodia checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were great too! We definitely want to go back asap and we don’t usually repeat resorts."
