"This property could be spectacular with a little TLC and updating. The layout worked for us with 10 people. We were in Galveston during a rainy week so most of our time was spent in the house.The kitchen was great for cooking meals for a group. Hint I took most of the food frozen so I didn't have to spend my time cooking. The items stocked in the house worked out just fine for us. The deck and outside were spectacular for the time that was not raining."

"great weekend trip. perfect location. the only thing i would recommend to the owner is to make the location of the lockbox a little clearer. we did find it, but it took 5-10 minutes or so. maybe even text a picture of the lockbox location to future renters. "

"The house offered all our group of 13 people and 3 dogs needed for a great Christmas reunion. We definitely had a great time. My only suggestion is to mention that the bedroom on the first floor doesn’t have connection with the inside, only using the outside stairs access. Thanks "

"Super spacious home on a beautiful canal. The house was a little worn down but it was what we needed for a quick getaway. We rented a gold cart and the beach was a quick drive away! Plenty of parking, we fished off the deck (with the correct fishing license), the balcony was super relaxing and peaceful."
