"This property was amazing! The staff is so wonderful and made our stay extra special. We enjoyed the hot springs and all of the tours at the property. Bryan made any and ALL requests so easy, and Reuben took us on a hike and horse back riding trip and they were perfect. We felt a sense of exploration and relaxation all at times. The town of chachaugua is only a short distance away and had a fantastic little soda with pizza and empanadas, and a ice cream shop that had $1 ice cream… I cannot say enough about how special this hotel and staff is. We 100% would return and recommend. "

We loved everything and enjoyed every moment there, would be more than happy to return. "

"This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!"

"Loved this property! The staff is excellent and always greets you and helps you with whatever you need. They were so attentive and made us feel really special for our vacation. As for the property, absolutely stunning. Our room looked over the pool area and we had the most beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. We were lucky enough to see the entire volcano which is rare during the rainy season months. Everything about this property is unreal including the jacuzzis and the pool. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Absolutely gorgeous grounds. We watched 2 sloths in tree above us just around the corner from our room (one of the drivers pointed them out for us) Only thing that wasn’t perfect was wishing the hot springs were hotter, they were warm at best. But will definitely go back - can’t wait. Stunning views of the volcano. Beautiful pool area. And not crowded which was huge plus. "
