"Rebooked at a different hotel. Was not informed until our friends received phone call to advise. It was confusing, frustrating and turned out ok, but not ideal when you plan certain events around your booked choice of hotels. Without reliability I would be hesitant to rebook there. We booked far in advance and prepaid our stay, so it should have been a smooth reservation."

The negative for us was that we wanted to extend our stay by one night so I checked to see if it was available online and it was.
