"This is NOT a hotel !!! You are given linens and towels. Make your own bed, and do maid service prior to departure or you will be charged a very hefty fee. The terms and conditions are not listed here. It is being miss sold. That sais ... If you accept the T&C, this could be a great holiday. Lots of families with children. Plenty of outdoor activities (this is a ski resort). Bring your own food, towels, etc. sort of an up market Butlins in the Alps. If you like to hike, this is a great place to...

"Excellent, stylish communal areas and position right next to the piste. Our room was slightly small and slightly dated but we were there for skiing so hardly spent time in the room. Would return no problem. "

"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"Good facility but showing it’s age and needed a clean after we had been shown our room - mould needed cleaning on a damp wall for example Views from apartment are great you can ski in but not out - that’s about 100m uphil walk. Apartment is midway between Plagne centre and Plagne Village Overall a good apartment but not 100% - we’ve stayed in far more basic and lower cost but they get the basic right"

"Very comfortable, excellent bar/restaurant and amazingly simple access to the piste."

"The size of the apartment and the fact that the bedroom had a double bed was very good. There were a few maintenance issues ie.loose bath tap and bath side."
