hotels i have used. Arrived late into resort and bo restaurants were open but duty manager went and found food for us which was very much appreciated!!"

"A very good hotel offering Half Board in the La Plagne center area. We enjoyed our stay at Araucaria during the Christmas period of 2023 all the way through the new year. We absolutely loved the Spa area and the bar zone where one can relax in the evening and get coffee/snacks at lunch time. The dinner was fantastic every day and the variety of meal options could get everyone happy. The

Shop at the ground level offers heating storage for your equipment and boots, and

"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the

lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."
