No communication
Nice location and quiet neighborhood. However, there was ZERO communication from the host. Was given no check in OR out information from host. Had to call host twice with no answer to receive the check in code. After 20 minutes received the code to get into the house. House was very run down. Number one issue was the Spa Whirlpool hot tub that was clearly stated in the description but the house DID NOT have this amenity and not even a bathtub. Host charged me an unnecessary $50 for having an extra guest, which we did not have. May have cameras inside the property. Very poor communication, 0/10 experience with the host.

Pros: The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of toys for the kids. Cons: Communication with host was non existent. I never received check in instructions. I reached out numerous times with no response. I guessed that my code would be the last 4 digits of my phone number and luckily was correct, so we got in. Somehow the code stopped working 1/2 way through the trip. I reached out again multiple times with no response. Cleanliness of the home was lacking and there was a musty smell. The basement bedroom was not as pictured.

Best sleep away from home!
We had a family of six,children ages 14-24. Everyone had plenty of room! The beds were excellent!! The showers were also good! We had everything in the kitchen to make homemade meals! We visited Warren Dunes to swim one day. The house provided 4 beach chairs and later we found a tent! Amber was easy to talk too!! The experience was excellent!!

The house overall was spacious for our group of 9 people. One of the toilets in the main bathroom on the first floor didn’t work so it was a bit of an inconvenience to go upstairs. The outdoor space needs a bit cleaning up but we were able to grill out but don’t recommend sitting out due to mosquitoes. The house had everything we need for our quick overnight trip. Amber was attentive and responded in a timely manner.

We loved this location. The house was in a nice neighborhood and secluded. Our group was only there for two nights, but I slept as well as if I had been in my own bed. Thanks!
