It was a good convenient hotel that was great for the budget, about 10-15 minutes from Michigan Beach. If you don't sleep well with noise, it is near a busy highway and you can hear everything. Our downfalls....They have a towel shortage. We only had one for when we arrived for 5 people. When I asked for some they weren't going to give me any. Then I finally settled for Pool towels. Apparently the pool is closed due to renovations, which was not on the site. One of the reasons why we booked here. So the kids were upset about that. We are not a picky people and there was a few other things. We made it work and enjoyed her time in Michigan City.

Pool under maintenance, hope others have better luck with that; everything is great but breakfast could be improved just a bit. Breakfast is not to bad. I will give the whole property a rating of 4

I HATED the hard beds. (felt like sleeping on the floor!)The pool was shut down, yet no one relayed that upon booking. The water pressure sucked! Breakfast was not great. As a Hilton member i expert more to be honest (which is why I stay at Hiltons) I wont be back to this one. On a positive note, the staff was friendly!

We have a great stay here! The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. As well as having plenty left at 9am (when it ends at 10), and they still brought out more hot food. We were happy and full :)

We booked the hotel because we wanted a family suite and a hotel with a pool. When we arrived the pool was closed for maintenance. Seriously disappointed kiddos were not happy and would have rather stayed in a smaller room at a different hotel with a pool.

Nice comfortable, clean room that suited our needs. We were a bit disappointed to hear upon check-in that the pool was under renovation. We weren’t informed of that prior to checking in. But the place was clean and breakfast was nice.
