"The staff at Simon Verde were incredible and very helpful! The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and close to many restaurants. It is a little outdated but the affordable price definitely made up for that. The only suggestion I would have is that the rooms have some type of coffee maker or tea kettle to make coffee or tea. "Everything was great about the property. Super clean, nicely appointed rooms with coffe and tea and water available in the rooms, perfect location in the heart of the old city. My only issue was that the lobby did not have seating available if you’re waiting. There was a large seating area to the side that was shut down for a party. So, if you needed to wait in the lobby or use the restrooms, no amenities were available. This was disappointing for a four star hotel. "

"This hotel is very elegant, decorated with musical instruments in a marvellous way. Because of 3 days of rain, a leak developed just outside our room. They put out a rug and bucket could not fix it until it stops raining. The breakfast was great! There is no parking. If you drive, you have to park at a garage 5 minutes away and walk with your luggage. The garage was full when we got there so we had to wait in queue until enough people left. Took about 45 minutes. That being said, we loved it and would stay again! It’s is a great location. Walking distance to the Alcazar and the cathedral. Lots of restaurants close by too."

"The hotel is in an amazing location central to the key sights in Seville, modern, well kept with a contemporary style and there is a fabulous roof terrace bar (with a pool area). Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There can be a bit of noise depending where your room is but it didn't spoil or detract from the experience for our group. My only point of improvement would be to have a relaxing indoor bar /lounge area - there is some space near reception where you can get drinks, comfortable though not 'an experience'. However, there are nearby hotels that can offer that. Overall I would happily recommend and be very happy to return. "
