Residential Classic Villa in El Vivero CDC Resort with Beautiful gardens, uncovered terrace, gazebo, swim pool & Jacuzzi. It's two levels 549.83 m2, built in an 1,644.45 m2 of land, with two Suite bedroom in each level (Cable TV, Internet WFH, full bath,walking closet and vanity,).
The ideal place for family getaways, groups and conferences, not to mention destination weddings, This Villa @ Casa de Campo is a full service resort that is more a state of mind and way of life than just a mark on the map.

A care-taker of the villa that lives on villa, he makes sure that the property is secure and the grounds are maintained. Daily house staff from 7:30am to 4:30pm on the property, to clean the rooms, make the beds and cook.You would have to provide the food.

Transportation! ? Yes!! Airport-Resort (Round Trip)
Casa de Campo is approximately a 50-minute drive southeast of the capital city´s Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo, a 40-minute drive southwest of the Punta Cana International Airport in Punta Cana and 5 minutes away from the La Romana Airport.
We will arrange a chauffeur to pick your group up at the airport and then return you at the end of your vacation to the airport: $180.00 US round trip, not per person . The driver can also work as your private chauffeur /side-seeing if you want to take any adventures outside of Casa de Campo. Those costs would be arranged between you and him. If you are interested in his services please let us know (as soon as possible) and we will secure the reservation.

A-) We are just 3 to 5 min with Golf cart from the Beach and 5 to 10 min walking distance depend on your pace. 5 to 10min from La Marina, Golf ranges , Tennis courts , Shooting Center, Polo and Horseback riding and the Mediterranean magical village of Altos de Chavon .

Guests can arrange to horseback ride, shoot skeet, enjoy all beach activities or go deep sea fishing, Golf cart and bike are available for renting…please contact hotel concierge for schedules and prices.

THE RESORT GROUNDS
All guests have access to a myriad of activities throughout the 7,000 acres of the resort. At the main pool, guests can look for cabanas and towels. Access to Minitas Beach is unrestricted and includes towels and chaise lounges for each guest. While you’re there, make sure to learn some merengue or bachata for free at our daily lessons! Kids in the family are welcome to join Camp Frost every Saturday at the beach; while teens can opt to visit Bonche 4 Teens, a supervised area that features billiard and air hockey tables, movie nights and parties.
Altos de Chavón is known as an artistic village, and as a guest of Casa de Campo you can sign up for pottery classes at its world-famous School of Design. If you’re interested in learning about Dominican art and history, the doors to the Archaelogical Regional Museum and Chavón Gallery are open. At night, adult guests can enjoy free access to Genesis Nightclub.

Absolutely delightful!
This home is absolutely delightful. The hostess, Vangie, makes the whole process enjoyable. She ensures that Alexander, the driver, meets you at the airport and returns you to the airport at the required times. The house-staff are accommodating without being imposing and the cook is wonderful and her food preparation was delicious. We will be back!

A little over a year later but we loved this place so much the first time that we had to go back! We had an amazing time and the attentions from the staff were nothing short than amazing (as expected). Location is awesome and amenities are perfect for a group of people to have a great time. The home was beautiful and clean. The house staff were amazing! They will make you feel like family. Property manager was very communicative and helpful and will do all they can to assist you. Just make sure if you rent carts to pre plan ahead. I hope to visit with them again in the future.

Wonderful Experience!
It was a great space (as advertised!) with all the amenities at your fingertips. The team of personnel with the house were so thoughtful and made sure that we were taken care of at all times. Would highly recommend especially for a family trip. We had an infant and they had a pack n' play as well as highchairs. Would come visit again!

The house was great and communication with the host was also great! The A/C in all the bedrooms worked perfectly. The staff at the house were also very friendly and cooked breakfast and lunch for us. Paradise Found
I was disappointed when I had to shift my plans and, at the last minute, find another villa for our stay. And then Paradise was found! After delightful and helpful conversations with Evangeline, a group of friends and I left our cold temps in the US to commune at this villa for a week of spiritual retreat and renewal. We fell in love with the well-maintained property and the friendly and efficient staff. The sunsets were gorgeous, the indoor-outdoor living was amazing, the weather was perfect, the beds/rooms were spacious and comfortable, the meals prepared were delicious and lovingly rendered. It was the perfect backdrop for our healing and transformation, and I look forward to returning next year!

We stayed here the week before our wedding in Punta Cana and we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the amenities. Booking was easy and communication was good and quick. They answered all of our questions and accommodated some of our special needs. The house was awesome for a group of people and very convenient. We bought food and the ladies were great at cooking and having the meals ready and yummy. If you are planning to leave the house, having a car or golf cart definitely helps unless you don’t mind walking. But rides and golf carts are easy to arrange with the property manager. Overall we are already planning when we can come back!! Thanks!!

If you want to spend an unforgettable vacation, away from the bustle of the city enjoying nature and spoiled by a lot of human affection, do not hesitate to stay at Vangie's house. The house is spectacular, spacious, it has a huge terrace where you can enjoy the best meals prepared by an angel named Ramona, who will win her affection as soon as you get home. Maria's service is exceptional, she will make your room with love every day. Luis is another angel who will take care of every detail so that you have an unforgettable stay. These have been our best family vacations, already planning for next year to enjoy this earthly paradise again. Elemental Elegance
A group of writers gathered to retreat in this lovely villa—my 2nd time here. It was perfect for our Elemental theme—the lush grounds with blossoming bougainvillea and fruiting trees represented earth at its finest. The warm sun provided great fire energy tempered by the airily delightful breezes helped along by the many fans. The periodic rain joined the warm pool and hot tub as glorious deliverers of water. We were all inspired! Vangie was super helpful and thorough in her communications and we were grateful for her recommendations for resort activities, groceries, and a specific tour to Catalina Island. The staff were amazing—warm, friendly, helpful! We enjoyed our meals, the convenience of our great driver, Alexander, and having golf carts for rent. Even with our flat tire at las Minitas Beach, Vangie and the staff responded quickly and efficiently to rectify it. Our meals were prepared so deliciously and lovingly by Mena, though I prefer my fish less well-done. She always had extra special touches. Maria kept our rooms spotless and surprised us by doing our laundry. We loved our stay and will return!

Casa de Campo is lovely but this home is not. Ramona is about the only saving grace here. It is a tired property with old golf carts that you are overcharged for. They want everything paid in cash, $400 carts that don't work well, overpriced "taxi" with Maximo, etc. They tell you to buy any liquor at the duty free but it is not expensive at the Marina grocery store. This is perhaps the least expensive place to stay in an expensive location so I believe that is the problem. I would come back but I would not stay here. Also know that the thing that looks like a hot tub in the pictures is not heated so worthless in January.

Decent Rental Home
Our original reservation was for 2 weeks prior to the Covid Shutdown, Vangie was very accommodating in assisting us in moving our dates, also going along with VRBO policy. The home was clean and staff was amazing. Only criticism I will give, is our room had bats in the ceiling and when mentioned to Vangie, she told me it was due to nature. Unfortunately for Vangie, we were informed that she had previously hired a company to clean out the Guano and the bats came back. We were happy with our stay otherwise but disappointed that Vangie did not treat our comment with concern nor advise us prior to our arrival. Casa De Campo is beautiful, this home was decent...You get what you pay for. I wish Vangie the best of luck and can only hope she rectifies the issues with the home before she rents it out to another family.

Unexpected surprise
We rented this property to attend a wedding. From the moment we contacted Evangeline and Keith I felt at ease talking to them, explanation of services and all the property has to offer was great. They maintain communication periodically until the end of our stay. When we arrived we were happy with the villa. Unfortunately due to flight delay we arrived late and the staff has gone home except for Luis Maria the care taker of the property. We took us to the supermarket to buy some groceries and was very attentive. The next day Carmen and Maria arrived and we were so happy with them, they made us feel like kings and queens. Carmen is a wonderful cook and she made every dish we asked. We also got mangoes from the neighbors, a plus. The entire stay we felt at home and Evangeline was very helpful when I contacted her. The property is closed to La Marina, Minutas Beach, Altos de Chavon. We rented golf carts and went everywhere. Many thanks for everything and I look forward to rent this property again. Thank you!!!

Awesome!
The home is beautiful. The host had amazing communication. But what really makes this villa is the staff. They were all phenomenal. During our stay, the pipes burst, and it was immediately resolved. Nena’s cooking was delicious. We really could not be happier!
