Unwind in comfort and style at this cozy vacation home near Zion National Park. Perfect for families who love to hike and relax, this property offers everything you need for a stress-free getaway. Sink into the comfortable beds after a day of exploring and enjoy a soak in the master suite's tub. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and the large HD flat screen TV in the living room provides a cozy space for movie nights. Dine al fresco on the outdoor dining area and fire up the grill for a barbecue in the backyard. Embrace the tranquility and comfort of this idyllic vacation retreat.

**Due to our climate we can occasionally during the hot months of the year have a high number of tiny sugar ants making their way into our home. We have the home regularly sprayed by a professional pest control company but really the only thing we've found to stop them is to use liquid ant baits once a colony starts making their way into the home. We do our best to keep our homes ant free, but unfortunately it is often the food/sugar that guests leave out on the cupboards during their stay that attracts them. Sugar ants are just something that we deal with on a daily basis here in southern Utah, including in our own homes. We do provide ant baits and instructions in our home in case any sugar ants begin to emerge during your stay.

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location to Zion NP. Beds are comfortable, bedding was clean. Outdoor patio was comfortable. Kitchen was a little sparse in utensils, dishes, and cookware, but we ate out a lot so it wasn’t a problem. Very nice home, would stay here again.

Perfect home for Zion day trips
This home had everything we needed for our trip to visit Zion National Park. A nice neighborhood, close to the grocery store and local restaurants, and an easy 20 minute drive to Zion. The house had every amenity you could expect (kleenex, paper towels, extra pillows and blankets, etc.) and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shaded and well-furnished patio. Check in/out was easy and Jared was quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this rental home.

Utah at it's best
This property was superb - everywhere was clean and exactly as indicated on the site. There was ample supplies of everything you could want and the neighborhood was quiet. It was really close to Zion national park and close enough to Bryce Canyon. This was definitely one of the best properties we have rented and Tyler was excellent at communicating with us. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home near Zion. The proximity of this home to the park was great and it was in a nice upscale neighborhood. We enjoyed the back patio and felt very safe in this area. Our host, Tyler, was so easy to communicate with and he was always great at answering our questions and never hesitated no matter how early or late we needed help. When looking for places for a family in the region, this property stood out and matched space with affordability. Our family was able to spread out, get needed rest, and relax for our vacation. Property manager was communicative and helpful. The house is nicely furnished, spacious, and located in a good location. Zion Vacation
Awesome! I visited Zion twice and stayed in Springdale but I wished I would have known about this rental house earlier. It's easy to find, quiet neighborhood, it's nice and quiet. A short drive to Zion and really really close to a grocery store and gas station. You can't go wrong with staying here! I promise.
