The building itself has a checkered history, some of which was disturbing to read about, but the hotel has done a great job of utilising it for a memorable guest experience. "This hotel is awesome! The staff was very welcoming and respectful! Our room was spacious and very clean. The big plus is the perfect location as it is very near the tram stop and also the U Station. It is also walking distance to the Justizpalast and the Austrian Parliament. There are also restaurant options nearby! All in all, this was the perfect place to stay in Vienna! Highly recommend!"

"The location is great, only 6 mins walk to the tram, that takes 4 mins to get to the centre parliament building. The facility is new, nicely and conveniently furnished. A big TV is also a nice touch. Shower is detached from the bathroom, it is still in the room, but just opposite wall to the toilet, we found it interesting, but inconvenient to get out of the shower, as you cannot place a shower mat anywhere close to the opening door. "I highly suggest this place when travelling to Vienna. The tram (43) is 5 minutes away from the accommodation and takes you right to the city. The train that we took from Vienna Airport is just next to the tram. We even travelled to Hallstatt from here, which was a simple journey. I am from London, so I approached the train/tram map as the underground and then found it easier to manoeuvre. The flat is large, beautiful, and clean. Shops like Lidl and Adli are nearby, and a drugstore like Boots...
