We normally like this hotel because it’s convenient, clean and has easy access to Deon Kean University. However, this time they placed us in room 334 and the air conditioning unit WAS SO LOUD it ruined our sleep! Also, the bathroom drain took to long to let the water out. Thirdly, my other complaint about this location is that whenever I try to use my “parking” credit card to exit the parking lot, the way they have it coded as a hotel caused my parking credit card to decline. We may have to go back to our other favorite Union/Newark hotel after this stay.

This hotel is extremely run down.
Had to change rooms, first one smelled like mold. Second room, smelled like vomit. Let me save you the headache, stay elsewhere. I was definitely fooled by the reviews, they cannot possibly be of this hotel. On a positive note, staff were great.

Our room was on the 7th floor, and the elevator didn't work for hours. We had to walk up carrying bags. I'm a military vet with walking/mobile disabilities (both hips replaced, spinal issues), it was brutal walking up, but i had no choice.
This is the second stay where the elevators were out of order...not good at all.
