The only negative thing about the room was the cable provider They have its horrible you can barely see what’s on the TV. They need to get a better cable provider fo rtheir guest.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and was disappointed with the experience. The property itself was okay, but we had an issue with the shower door in our room—it was broken and wouldn’t open or close. I called to report the problem, but no one ever came to check on it or fix it during our stay. I wasn’t offered another room or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, this lack of responsiveness left me with a less-than-satisfactory impression of the hotel’s customer service. Additionally, I requested a late checkout, and they only extended it by 45 minutes. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns before, and they’ve always accommodated my late checkout requests with at least two extra hours. This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the quality I’ve experienced at other locations.

Everything was perfect. The staff were cheerful and spirited. The morning breakfast was yummy - they even served kielbasa! The pool was magical for my kids. The space was good. NO complaints!

Here at Christmas time. And can tell the staff really care about this place. It’s decorated so cute. And the coffee even late at night is kept stocked. Front desk people helped me to assure I had a good room to take a long remote work call. Paid for the upgraded Wi-Fi speed and it worked very well.
