"Last minute holiday. Looked what the area had to offer and this hotel offered free breakfast and was cheaper than room only at other apartments. Bonus as had a fridge and air con in the room. Rooms were basic, normal for Greece I find. Hospitality was great especially Alex behind the bar! The hotel needs an update which I’m told is happening this winter. I would definitely return, ideal location to the beach and restaurants."

"Never normally reviews but had to for this hotel- it is stunning and they made my birthday trip very memorable. The staff are so welcoming and kind. The hotel is off the main busy laganas strip in a completely quiet and calm rural part which is beautiful and so peaceful. Private pool rooms so luxurious and the breakfast was great- many options and great homemade items. My partner organised a surprise birthday breakfast with champagne and flowers facilitated by the hotel which was a highlight- 10/10 recommend and would return. Highly advise guests to rent a car in general to explore the island"

"Our stay at Hotel Sydney was lovely, family run hotel with that vibe, so if you're looking for something on the quieter side of Laganas, it is perfect. 3-5 min walk from the beach, hotels with open to everyone pools and bars and a little shop. Breakfast is simple but nice with bread, ham cheese and jam with tea or coffee and juice with a peice of fruit. Only thing i could say would be that an option of fruit would be good as we got a pear each day, but no biggie. Room is nice, had a fridge and aircon at €5 per day. No wifi but wifi in the main area of the hotel if needed. Only thing i could say about the room would be that it would be useful to have an extra bin. Staff were friendly and polite. Would stay again!! Little mention of the bar next door too while I'm writing a review, Route 66, Jimmy is a friendly guy running his bar on his own with his dog, pop in for a quiet drink with him or some food, he's very obliging to everyone. "

"Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items Great stay overall and would return. "

"Ledi and Marta on reception were welcoming, met with a smile, greeting and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Eugenia ‘mother’ of the hotel in term of making sure you are comfortable, very friendly chatting going the extra mile. Such lovely people very warm and approachable. Overall I would definitely stay here again, although it’s on the strip you don’t here a thing once your in the hotel. Modern stylish room, extremely clean and no insects surprisingly. Beautiful pool and bar area, very relax environment.. the list goes on. Thank you 🇬🇷 "
