"This home could not have been located in a better spot. It is right next to the beach and walkable distance from all our favorite restaurants. There is great parking (so rare in Laguna) and it is quiet and feels safe at night. We did have two issues.1. We traveled with children and the main TV in the living room was very difficult and slow. "We had a wonderful weekend at Lagunita. Although a little outdated and noisy with construction across the street, the size of the cottage was perfect. Our daughter stayed upstairs and we had the king downstairs. The bed was a little too soft for us, but the room was quiet and comfortable.
