"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last decade or so and this was the first time I’ve had any problems. The staff was not as friendly as in the past. The worst part was a small stain on the comforter I discovered on Christmas Eve when there was no housekeeping available. Disgusting enough to make me consider never staying there again! "

"Very good stay! The rooms are all old but are well maintained for what they are. Yes, the carpets has rips here and there but there are no weird smells, noises, etc. The people are great and very helpful. Just remember that this is like an apartment complex converted to a Residence Inn and so you will need to drive to your room after you check in and walk back for breakfasts in the AM. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. "

"We arrived on Monday and Anil at the front dest was helpful even though my card kept giving him problems. Once checked in we noticed a smokers smell in our room. Anil offered to put us in a better room, but we said we just wanted him aware so we weren't charged for someone elses choices. When we checked out Shawn was extremely helpful after our night was interupted by a noisy neighbor and offered a discount on our next visit. "Usually the staff is nice but was treated to rudeness when checking in. The rooms are usually in good shape but this on had broken curtains, a loose toilet seat and the bathroom door got stuck trapping my wife in the bathroom. Some work needs to be done to get back to the old quality."

"Pics of hotel lobby or bedrooms wasn’t the same as soon. I also booked this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub and (Pool) but it was mainly the hot tub that I booked it for and found out that was broke down and they couldn’t fix it because of one story I was told by one person at desk that their maintenance was on vacation. "I truly loved this suite! The friend who was going to occupy the 2nd room didn’t make it so I had the whole place to myself! Everyone at the front desk was kind, professional, & helpful. I enjoyed the fall decorations in the lobby & I absolutely LOVED the little dog bed & treats for the pet owners who’ve been traveling with their fur babies so they can check in without having to worry about their pups. I will absolutely be back with my whole family- and maybe even our pups!"

"The pool ground is rough, and it is easy to scratch yourself. Please put tiles around the pool. The Room was great and big. The breakfast was decent, but the eating room was so small and very crowded in the morning. Parking was ok. "
